Key Responsibilities:
- Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences to design intuitive interactions.
- Map user journeys across all touchpoints within the organization.
- Define user interactions across various interfaces, including gesture controls, voice commands, and touchscreens.
- Organize and structure information in a logical, user-centric manner.
- Manage translation and localization efforts to support global experiences.
- Analyze the full ecosystem of services and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, seamless experience.
- Integrate Accessibility and Universal Design principles throughout the design process.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to evaluate and improve interaction effectiveness.
- Advocate for user needs and uphold high standards of design craft.
- Apply systems design thinking to solve complex design challenges holistically.

- Product Design
- 3–5 years of experience as a Designer (Designer 3 level)
- Experience leading design within Lean/Agile product teams
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design rationale at senior levels
- Specialized expertise (e.g., in-vehicle systems, mobile, business design, motion, or API-driven systems)
- Experience mentoring and developing design talent
- Track record of introducing innovative design methods and advancing design maturity within an organization
- Bachelor’s Degree required
