Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA (Hybrid – onsite minimum 3 days/week)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Instructor to deliver and support training programs that enhance employee performance and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for assigned functional areas
- Partner with Instructional Designers to test and refine learning materials, facilitator guides, and lesson plans
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
- Analyze operational processes to identify training opportunities and solutions
- Assess organizational training needs and assist in developing targeted programs
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations to management
- Support business operations by aligning training initiatives with evolving needs
- Assist with routine administrative and research-related training tasks
- 1–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to translate processes into clear and effective training content
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
