Trade Settlement Analyst - BEC 3
Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Partial Remote - 3 days onsite/2 Remote)
Duration: 6 months w/intent to hire

Trade Settlement Analyst - BEC 3

Key Requirements
- Trade Settlements experience
- Broker-Dealer Operations / Clearance experience
- FINCEN knowledge and exposure
- Broadridge Suite experience (Impact preferred)
- Strong DTCC knowledge and understanding of trade flows
- Experience with BNY settlement and clearance systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Copilot
- Experience documenting and analyzing process flows

- Experience analyzing trade breaks, balances, and exceptions
- Comfortable working in a production environment while driving change
- Collaborative "think tank" mentality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Support daily trade settlement and production activities
- Analyze settlement breaks, balances, and exceptions
- Review operational risk trends and identify recurring issues
- Perform data analysis to determine where breaks and risk events originate
- Example: Analyze 100 settlement breaks and determine which teams, systems, or processes are driving the volume
- Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation or improvement
- Help modernize and enhance existing settlement workflows
