Location: Colorado (Remote)
Compensation: $46 - $56 hourly
Role Overview
The Biocompatibility Technical Project Manager I is expected to possess a good understanding of consumer electronics, biocompatibility, and analytical testing. The role requires demonstrated experience in program management within a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment. This position involves managing multiple projects, engaging with partners and suppliers to drive material selection, and coordinating biocompatibility testing during the product development process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, partnering with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive the selection of biocompatible materials and coordinate testing.
- Communicate biocompatibility goals and findings effectively with the cross-functional team and leadership through presentations and document traceability.
- Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessments, establishing a process to track and communicate information efficiently.
- Prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams to build workflows, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- BS or MS in Toxicology, Biomedical Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2 years of project management experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
- Basic understanding of biocompatibility and analytical chemistry.
- Experience with consumer electronics, program management, and clear communication.
- Experience with biocompatibility and customer safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.
- A good understanding of program development checkpoints.
