Sr. Lease Analyst

Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Sr. Lease Analyst is responsible for coordinating functions of Lease Administration. This includes the abstraction and review of new leases and amendments, authorizing rent commencement lease payments, managing the lease database, tracking key lease dates, preparing company reports, providing lease clarifications, and resolving escalated lease matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate functions of Lease Administration, including new lease and amendment abstraction and review.
  • Authorize rent commencement lease payments.
  • Manage and maintain the lease database.
  • Track key lease dates and generate company reports.
  • Provide clarifications on lease terms and conditions.
  • Resolve escalated lease-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Communicate professionally via email and verbally with internal and external customers.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet scheduled guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Education: An associate’s degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of lease experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work in a high-paced team environment.
  • A sense of urgency with an ability to respond to and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Real Estate Databases.
  • Experience with legal research.
  • Experience with contract negotiation or contract administration.
