Sr. Business Architect

Apex Systems is currently hiring for Sr. Business Architect with Large Automotive client.

Role Summary:

• Collaborate with European colleagues during morning hours via video calls and workshops, aligning across time zones with globally distributed teams (Sweden, Netherlands).
• Assess and update capability maps and transformation roadmaps, comparing current and target business states to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead strategic discussions with business leaders to align on priorities and transformation goals.
• Connect business strategy to digital domains, value streams, and operational models through visual models and blueprints.
• Maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including capability models, value stream maps, and organizational diagrams.
• Develop phased improvement plans guiding business units from current to future state.
• Participate in governance forums to uphold design standards and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor architects and business teams on architecture principles and transformation strategies.
• Partner with IT, finance, and operations to ensure digital initiatives reflect business needs.

Required Skills

• Financial or insurance industry experience

Pay range: $80-100/hr - w2
