Location: Pensacola, Florida (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Shared Services Advisor to provide guidance and support across various shared services functions. This role is focused on optimizing operations and resolving employee inquiries with efficiency. The position serves as the first point of contact for employees regarding disability claims and involves comprehensive case management.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: Level 1 contractor experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word.

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees after a vendor approves a disability claim.
- Perform case management by responding to employee-submitted cases, which may involve complex information.
- Review and update employee separations in Oracle HCM.
- Work closely with the vendor, other contractors, and advisors on processing disability payments.
Experience: Level 1 contractor experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and advisory abilities.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
