- 6 years of ServiceNow development experience, including platform customization and data integration.
- 5 years of database engineering experience, working with large-scale enterprise data environments.
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Strong experience building reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow.
- Ability to design and implement data pipelines, tooling, and analytics frameworks.
- Strong experience working in enterprise environments with compliance, governance, and security requirements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- Vulnerability Remediation
- Service Catalog
- CMDB / CSDM
- Experience developing Workspace and/or Portal solutions in ServiceNow.
