Job Description:
ServiceNow Catalog Developer
Responsibilities:
- Work across technical teams gather requirements, design, build (code), test, and implement service catalog items with ServiceNow in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhance and/or create high complexity service catalog workflows.
- Ability to understand and leverage RESTful APIs
- Document, analyze and test to resolve problems.
- Assist in research, evaluates, and recommend solutions, identify ways to reuse existing code, and designs prototypes using current or emerging technologies.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing on different environments to ensure code quality and performance of development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of practical experience in workflow development using ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively in an Enterprise Agile and DevOps team environment required.
- Position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with creative thinking and ability to work on abstract concepts.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the team and with leadership.
- Analytical thinker, problem-solver, and the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities
