- Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native ServiceNow capabilities or via PowerBI and QlikSense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management.
- Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
- Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
- Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.
