Job Title: Product Manager 5 / Senior Product Owner - Digital Application

Location: Chandler, AZ (preferred) / Irving, TX / Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite, Mon-Fri standard hours)

Contract Length: 12mo

Pay Rate: $61 - $65
Top Requirements:
  • 7 years of Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience with requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working on digital applications with understanding of APIs, integrations, and end-to-end application flows
  • Plusses:
  • Merchant services or payments domain experience
  • Experience with UX/UI, journey mapping, and funnel optimization
  • Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML)
  • Job Summary:

    In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Act as Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst supporting digital merchant services application initiatives
    • Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration
    • Translate requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
    • Support design and development of customer-facing digital application flows
    • Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, risk, operations, and business stakeholders
    • Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery processes
    • Support business readiness activities including training, communications, and process alignment
    • Identify use cases for UAT, testing, and implementation support
    • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys (prospect apply decision onboard) and optimize flows
    • Balance business objectives, customer experience, and compliance requirements
    • Track progress, manage deliverables, and provide status reporting (PowerPoint, dashboards)
    • Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Copilot/AI tools to enhance productivity and execution
    • Support KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
