Job Title : Senior Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $69/hr - $72/hr on W2
Contract Length: 12 Months

Role Overview
In this role, you will consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact. You will join a team building the future of enterprise AI, designing and developing multi-agent orchestration platforms and intelligent automation solutions. This position involves working at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 7 years of experience developing enterprise web applications. 5 years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. 2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap. Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies. Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
Other: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
