Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications across UI, backend, and data layers.
- Own features from technical design through production release, ensuring performance, security, and operational readiness.
- Deliver complex enterprise builds independently while meeting engineering and security standards.
- Develop modern, responsive, accessible UI experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Develop and maintain high-quality RESTful APIs integrating UI, data, and downstream systems.
- Design and implement graph data models for relationship-heavy domains.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift (OCP).
- Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and best-practice advocacy.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
Technical Skills:
- Frontend experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Database expertise with SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver large, complex solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Aura).
- Experience designing knowledge graphs or relationship-driven data models.
- Exposure to AI or GenAI-enabled applications and data platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and enterprise observability tools.
- Background supporting large-scale consumer or data platform environments.
- Self-driven engineer capable of owning delivery with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable challenging norms and introducing innovative engineering approaches.
- Highly collaborative across engineering, business, and platform teams.
- Lead design sessions, POCs, and high-impact technical workstreams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model aligned to U.S. EST business hours.
