- Collaborate with designers, media producers, and project managers to develop visual concepts and creative approaches.
- Provide direction and feedback throughout the creative process, from early concepts to final outputs.
- Oversee visual execution for both design and video projects, including motion graphics and post-production review.
- Guide and mentor designers and creatives through constructive feedback and clear creative direction.
- Stay informed about design trends, digital culture, and social media best practices.
- Ensure creative work meets accessibility standards and recommend improvements when needed.
- Identify risks, gaps, or resource needs related to creative quality and execution.
- Experience with design and leading creative projects or teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and mentor staff.
- A keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
