We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support the accessibility of security reference data. This role involves the reconciliation and validation of data between vendors and our team, ensuring accuracy for critical business areas such as trading and trade confirmation generation. The position requires a proactive individual who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A high school diploma is required.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry with a basic knowledge of securities and data is required. 3-6 years of experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
This is a remote position. The candidate must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST. Candidates in CST or PST time zones are preferred.
