We’re seeking a Technical Product Owner with deep Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise to lead high‑impact initiatives across lead management, enrollment journeys, and customer scheduling experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, owns outcomes end‑to‑end, and enjoys being the trusted product voice across business and engineering teams.
You’ll work hands‑on within Salesforce, partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, and guide delivery teams through high‑volume, customer‑facing use cases. What You’ll Own
- Prioritize and manage the Salesforce product backlog with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations
- Lead conversations with business partners on priorities, trade‑offs, and roadmap decisions
- Work directly inside Salesforce to understand user flows, Experience Cloud journeys, and platform behavior
- Guide teams through complex lead, enrollment, and scheduling workflows
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across distributed, remote teams
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Scheduler
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong hands‑on background with Salesforce Experience Cloud , Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Lightning components , and Apex fundamentals
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing a structured product backlog
- Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and third‑party tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Ability to create and modify Salesforce objects, record types, page layouts, and field types
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, etc.)
- Experience with sales process automation , lead management , opportunity workflows , and reporting
- Understanding of user‑centered design principles and application development best practices
