Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting walk-in clients upon arrival.
- Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate banking professional to assist with their needs.
- Manage the main incoming phone line, routing calls to the correct team member.
- Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by the Personal Banking Manager.
- Assist with setting up for various meetings as required.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong organizational and client service skills.
- Effective communication skills, including experience communicating with managers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
