Radiant Logic/DevOps Engineer
Location: Fort Belvoir, Maryland (Remote)
Role Overview
In this role, you will work on an Agile delivery team to implement Radiant Logic (full-stack VDS, ICS, and FID) within a federal organization. You will leverage your expertise to architect a high-performing Radiant Logic solution, replacing a legacy system and supporting new identity governance and administration (IGA) and privileged access management (PAM) rollouts. You will also support CI/CD within GitLab by creating and updating pipelines to deploy instances of Radiant Logic and its supporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect a scalable Radiant Logic solution to meet current and future requirements, working collaboratively across IAM workstreams.
- Directly support the technical development and implementation of Radiant Logic.
- Build and support GitLab CI/CD pipelines and assist with repository management.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, reviewing team deliverables to ensure quality.
- Educate stakeholders on and advocate for industry-standard best practices.
- Stay current with new technologies related to Radiant Logic and recommend their application.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Radiant Logic.
- At least 2 years of experience with GitLab and CI/CD.
Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Radiant Logic's role in a cohesive IAM program, including its implementation to support IGA and PAM solutions and custom connectors.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile development, LDAP, SQL, Active Directory, GitLab, and CI/CD best practices.
- General knowledge of IAM's role in a zero-trust architecture, DevOps, and at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Working knowledge of at least two of the following: SCIM, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or the Java programming language.
- Possession of a Radiant Logic certification.
- Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP or ISACA CISM.
- Experience working in or with the US federal government.
