We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Project/Program Manager to join our Traffic Operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Traffic Operations team in building and executing ad commercial schedules for live events.
- Maintain traffic systems and ensure accurate, timely ad placement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising during broadcasts and streaming events.
- Organize and maintain documentation, schedules, and system workflows.
- Provide operational oversight to ensure compliance with broadcast standards and quality assurance.
- 3–5 years of ad trafficking experience in broadcast, streaming, or live event environments.
- Excel proficiency required for scheduling, reporting, and data management.
- WideOrbit experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational and system maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of broadcast or streaming platform operations highly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion and understanding of sports and live event environments.
- A tactical executor who thrives in fast‑paced, detail‑driven environments.
- Someone with proven traffic operations expertise who can ensure accuracy and reliability under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a passion for sports media.
