Product Owner

Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The Product team is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives within the Chief Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners. The position will ensure product features and initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed effectively, with an emphasis on Agile delivery and end-to-end ownership of product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs to align technology deliverables with enterprise priorities.
  • Ensure product features and initiatives are clearly defined and executed effectively.
  • Emphasize Agile delivery and end-to-end ownership of product development.
  • Ensure compliance with all change management and risk standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to support reliable and secure platform operations.
  • Support automation and standardization efforts to improve consistency and efficiency in cloud deployments.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or cloud operations, with exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform or Terraform Enterprise.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including version control and code quality.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Terraform modules and infrastructure configurations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment.
  • Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Good understanding of GCP services and cloud architecture fundamentals (VPCs, IAM, load balancing).
  • Exposure to policy-as-code, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
  • Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in cloud or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
  • Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies and automation techniques.
