Process Optimization Specialist
Location: Fort Belvoir, Maryland (Remote)
Role Overview
In this role, you will document, assess, and recommend improvements for current-state Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) workflows. The objective is to improve time-to-provisioning, reduce approval overhead, and streamline the user experience. You will collaborate with developers and customer stakeholders to understand the current state and organize the implementation of improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferred fields include Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience designing and supporting business processes with IT systems. Must have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies within IT or cybersecurity environments.
Certifications: Security certification is required.
