This role requires an individual who can manage procedural documents' lifecycle efficiently. Key responsibilities include coordinating and tracking periodic reviews, revising documents, managing impact assessment processes, contributing to training content and identifying target audiences, updating the US CQ Quality Manual and related reference documents, ensuring that documents meet development timelines, aligning standards, policies, and procedures across regions, reviewing findings, and monitoring compliance trends.
Responsibilities also include assisting during the impact assessment review and documentation process, collaborating with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Training Managers in developing and reviewing training content/materials, identifying target audiences with functional area managers, and communicating compliance issues/concerns to department managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
The successful candidate will be able to make sound judgments and decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. This position is essential to ensuring that procedural documents are consistent and aligned with global processes, including Enterprise Quality Standards, Cross Sector Documents, Commercial Quality Documents, Guidance Documents, HCC, Cross-Pharma, and Global Medical Organization documents.
