Presentation Specialist
Location: McLean, VA & Bethesda, MD (Hybrid) - Onsite 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week)
Role Overview
This position is responsible for writing and editing documentation, user manuals, and corporate presentations. The role requires applying functional and industry knowledge to develop solutions for a variety of tasks of moderate scope and complexity. The successful candidate will work independently with guidance and may help guide the activities of junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience developing and managing executive-level presentations, making real-time edits, and ensuring consistency across documentation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, including experience with version control, file hygiene, and repository organization.

- Manage and produce executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for recurring and ad hoc leadership meetings, project meetings, and all-hands events.
- Compile information from various source documents into high-level visual materials to support decision-making.
- Apply rigorous proofreading, content validation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
- Capture decisions, action items, owners, and due dates, following up with stakeholders to maintain progress trackers.
- Manage calendars, meeting invitations, agenda packets, and production logistics for virtual and in-person settings.
- Partner with project managers and subject matter experts to gather inputs and iterate on materials with minimal oversight.
- Monitor and manage presentation consistency across projects, recommending enhancements to elevate clarity.
