Our client, a large financial institution, is looking to hire a contract Paid Media Specialist to join their team for a 6 month contract! This role will be 40 hours per week.
The Paid Media Specialist will own and execute digital marketing strategies to drive growth across multiple business units, including brand marketing, financial professionals, third-party distributors, institutional, and worksite teams. This role focuses on paid media channels-search, social, programmatic, and content marketing-delivering measurable results through strategic planning, execution, and optimization.
**This role is slated for 6 months. The team works on site in Boston 3 days per week.**
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive digital marketing strategies across paid channels to meet business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social, programmatic, and content marketing.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and invoicing for paid media initiatives.
- Build and implement testing agendas for digital activations, including A/B and multivariate tests.
- Analyze performance and deliver insights through weekly and bi-weekly reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Maintain relationships with platform partners and identify new channel opportunities.
- Develop scalable processes for campaign management and quality control.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- 3 years in digital/growth marketing and paid media management.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, social ad managers, SEO tools, tag management, and web analytics.
- Proven ability to run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Passion for audience insights and data-driven decision-making
