IT Asset Specialist
Location: Apopka, Florida (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12-month initial contract with high potential of extension and/or conversion.

IT Asset Specialist

We are seeking a self-motivated and organized IT Asset Specialist to join our team. This role is centered on inventory management for all incoming and outgoing IT equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track the lifecycle of IT equipment from receipt to disposal.
- Work onsite in the inventory warehouse to handle incoming and outgoing assets.
- Utilize ServiceNow daily for asset tracking and management tasks.
- Perform purchasing duties for IT inventory as required.
- Travel to other locations within central Florida may be required.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management.
- Experience with buying or purchasing, preferably in an IT context.
- Ability to differentiate between IT hardware components such as routers, switches, and Cat5 cables.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
