Summary
Lead ESS operations during the interim period, ensuring stability, compliance, and strategic alignment across identity, access, and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and align ESS with organizational goals.
- Oversee IAM programs (SailPoint, AD) and security compliance.
- Manage enterprise systems architecture and audit readiness.
- Lead incident response and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and manage operations.
- Promote Agile/DevOps practices and mentor team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 8 years in enterprise systems; 5 years leadership.
- Strong incident, audit, and financial management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile; excellent communication.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree or certifications (ITIL, CISM, Scrum Master).
- Experience with SailPoint, AD, ServiceNow, CI/CD, Azure.
- Risk management, Vendor Oversight, and Data-driven decision-making.
