Information Security Specialist

Role Overview
This role focuses on providing technical support for activities, processes, and tools designed to protect technology-based information. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for application onboarding to Netskope Private Access within 24 hours.
- Build policies for application access within Netskope Private Access.
- Collaborate with access management teams to create and assign user entitlements.
- Triage and troubleshoot incidents for Netskope Private Access, Cisco ISE, and Ivanti Secure VPN.
- Test application functionality with technical owners after onboarding.
- Review, develop, test, and implement security plans, products, and control techniques.
- Document security policies and procedures.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in network technology support and troubleshooting.
- 2-4 years of experience with access management policy, process, and procedure execution in a large enterprise environment.
- 1-3 years of Linux administration experience.
Skills:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
