Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

- 5 years of Software Engineering experience with 3–5 years of Python full-stack development (APIs, backend systems)
- 9–12 months of hands-on Generative AI experience (LLMs, agent workflows, or similar)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools and IAM concepts
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience building production-grade AI-enabled applications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software applications using Python
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Develop and enhance Generative AI solutions for document processing and automation use cases
- Design and build AI agents and workflows using modern GenAI frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Integrate applications with cloud platforms (GCP) and container environments (OpenShift)
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and adhere to enterprise IAM practices
- Utilize data processing tools and relational databases for backend services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to architecture design and engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and support team delivery
- Apply AI evaluation techniques and ensure responsible AI usage aligned with enterprise standards
