Field Sales Representative

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Field Sales Representative supporting a consumer services marketplace platform.

Location: New Jersey (travel to a store in any of these locations - Milford, Hillsdale and Elmwood Park)

Onsite expectation: 100%

Pay range: $24/HR

Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 10 AM–6 PM or 11 AM–7 PM

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:

• Proven background in direct sales, preferably in retail.
• Availability to work a Thursday through Monday schedule, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the market (up to 90%).

Technical Skills:

• Comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting smart cart features.
• Familiar with collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Curious and solution-oriented, with a focus on understanding customer needs

Project Details:

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will introduce shoppers to smart cart technology in grocery stores. You'll engage with customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of the smart carts, and encourage adoption. Your work will directly influence the use of innovative technology that is transforming the retail shopping experience.
