Expert Footwear Designer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: On-site Monday-Thursdays and can work from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
An established organization is seeking a highly skilled footwear designer to join the team for a key temporary assignment. This position focuses on footwear graphic design capabilities, specifically working within the youth and core footwear categories. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other footwear designers to deliver creative solutions across multiple product platforms, reporting directly to design leadership during this interim period.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of professional footwear and graphic design experience. Prior experience designing within specialized, globally recognized athletic and lifestyle footwear brands is necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Miro is required. Candidates must demonstrate expert-level graphic design skills, visual systems development, and the ability to generate a broad range of concepts.

- Deliver creative excellence and precise attention to detail while working through challenging design briefs and ambiguity.
- Collaborate proactively and maintain clear communication with cross-functional design and product teams.
