Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college or university in a relevant field with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and four years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks for critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities.
- Promote the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs.
- Implement robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect personnel and ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Provide technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for both new construction and upgrades to existing facilities.
- Participate in complex engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across electrical systems and project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet internal and external customer needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as a main priority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
- Knowledge of reviewing arc flash studies and implementing improvements.
- Working knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE, etc.).
- Knowledge in power system design, analysis, and simulation (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB, PSCAD, Simulink, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of high-voltage equipment, transformers, generators, and switchgear.
- Understanding of grid integration and renewable energy systems.
- Experience in supporting procurement processes for electrical equipment and materials.
- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- Experience with PLCs.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience working in Preliminary-Front End Engineering and Design (Pre-FEED), Front End Engineering Design (FEED), or Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) of small to medium facility projects.
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of Instrumentation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
- Experience with the commissioning, testing, and startup of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with design specifications.
