Role Overview
We are seeking an Email Marketing Producer for a contract position. This role is responsible for producing and executing dynamic and high-performing lifecycle marketing campaigns. The position is 40 hours per week and will require some on-call support during weekends in November and December. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: 1-2 years of eCommerce, online production, or digital project management experience.
Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience with HTML coding and content management tools. Familiarity with email or mobile messaging deployment platforms (such as Epsilon, Exact Target, Strongview, Axciom Digital, Braze, Mailchimp).

- Support email and mobile messaging team initiatives.
- Perform proofing, testing, and QA of email campaigns to ensure error-free execution of links, content, and targeted assets across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Partner with internal production, project management, and development teams to ensure accurate creation and delivery of email and mobile messaging campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Promotional Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, CRM, Production, Creative, and Web Development teams.
- Provide on-call support, which includes monitoring campaign deployment and being available for emergencies on some evenings and weekends.
- Support the Retention Marketing team in special projects and initiatives.
