You will provide a combination of technical and business leadership, becoming the primary trusted owner of high-priority, high-visibility, complex initiatives. Leading and coaching a small team, you will guide them through the intricacies of our product stack, focusing on automation and system optimization. Your role will involve configuring, tuning, and installing application systems, monitoring performance, and collaborating with hardware teams to resolve issues. You will also influence broader engineering groups in adopting cloud technologies and best practices, ensuring continuous integration and deployment for our DevOps toolset.
Must-Haves:
To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in software development and system administration. Proficiency in multiple programming languages relevant to our product stack is essential, along with experience in automation and cloud technologies. You should have a proven track record of leading and managing dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams, and a deep understanding of Agile/DevOps principles.
