Desktop Support

Location: Wayzata, Minnesota (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join an in-person tech support environment. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance to employees, help resolve common IT issues, and deliver a welcoming, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide walk-up support for Dell laptops running Windows 11.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist users with account access, passwords, and permissions.
  • Set up and distribute IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, and accessories.
  • Help maintain inventory levels and organize stock.
  • Support team-led demonstrations and user education sessions.
  • Follow up on open incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver support with patience and clear communication.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and laptop troubleshooting is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary for this role.
