We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. This role is fully onsite and requires a strong background in building and maintaining data solutions within the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and managing data pipelines, enabling efficient data ingestion, transformation, and consumption across multiple business applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of large-scale datasets.
- Implement and optimize ETL processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Work extensively with AWS services such as:
- S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, Kinesis, EMR, and RDS.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data consumption.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within AWS.
- Document architecture, processes, and standards for data engineering solutions.
- 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline development and ETL frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Juno Beach or Coral Gables, FL.
