- Strong Experience with Cyber Crisis Management from the "Business Side of the House"
- Experience with Cyber Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
As a Cyber Crisis Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s preparedness and response to cyber incidents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identifying stakeholders within the organization.
- Scheduling up to two kick-off meetings with identified stakeholders.
- Develops, designs, and implements business continuity program initiatives and projects, in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Assists business partners by offering constructive solutions and expert guidance that support continued resilience improvements
- Document Management:
- Developing a document request list.
- Obtaining program documentation (such as policies) from the company.
- Identifies independent business resilience initiatives across the organization and helps to develop coordinated solutions
- Workshops:
- Facilitating up to ten one-hour workshops with stakeholders to define a response structure for handling cyber/ransomware incidents.
- Crisis Management Playbook:
- Developing an Enterprise Ransomware Crisis Management Playbook.
- Outlining guidelines for an overall business response during high-impact cyber/ransomware events.
