This contractor will be supporting the “Deal Closing Lending Fulfillment team to supplement day-to-day operations in the Charlotte location. This team is responsible for supporting financing and transaction activity for the “RICOH USA program.”

DUTIES
- Auditing transactions
- Validating transaction documents match information in system of record
- Remediate information discrepancies
- Perform document review & language review
- Sync municipal documents that are non-standard to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals
- Document and language experience
- Experience processing transactions in a corporate environment (and making decisions on them independently)
- Leasing processing experience –> data entry, matching information, adhering to process documents
- Experience or experience with a system of record
Experience with WF proprietary applications:
- Siebel Row – desired
- “Lease connect”
- Attention to detail
- Can work independently
