Role Overview
The Senior Cloud/AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core services, and Google Vertex AI. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting enterprise workflows through reliable, secure, and well-governed AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 5 years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering. Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents is required. Experience deploying services in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is necessary, along with experience with APIs, authentication, and integrations.
Technical Skills: Development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript are required.

- Design and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core, and Google Vertex AI.
- Build agent workflows including intent handling, tool calling, memory usage, and multi-step task execution.
- Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and grounding strategies to ensure consistent agent behavior.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using enterprise data sources, APIs, and document repositories.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems and APIs (ServiceNow, internal platforms, cloud services).
- Deploy and manage agents across development, test, and production environments.
- Implement security controls including identity, authorization, and data access boundaries for agents.
- Support monitoring, logging, and usage analysis to improve agent quality, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot agent behavior, tool failures, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to deliver approved agent use cases.
- Contribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and deployment playbooks.
Experience: 5 years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering. Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents is required.
