Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a Global Transformation team. This role supports large-scale, global transformation initiatives across finance and shared services. This position is at the intersection of process improvement, program governance, and emerging technology adoption, with exposure to leadership reporting and high-visibility projects. Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process improvement, project tracking, and governance.
- Gather requirements and document current-state versus future-state processes.
- Manage project lifecycle tasks including intake, planning, execution, testing, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain project artifacts such as trackers, meeting materials, status updates, process documentation, and decision logs.
- Assist with reporting for leadership, including dashboards, presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Analyze project data to identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Support AI platform testing, use case documentation, training materials, and adoption tracking.
- Maintain documentation integrity within SharePoint and related tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- 1 years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or related role within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience preparing senior-level presentations, dashboards, and status reporting materials.
- 1 years of experience working with SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration platforms.
- Strong documentation skills, including process mapping and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance projects.
- Exposure to AI tools, use case development, or technology implementations.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management practices, and change management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
