Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4 / Business Analyst (Regulatory & Compliance)

Location: Charlotte, NC (550 S Tryon St) – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 12 months (potential extension to 24 months)

Pay Rate: $61 - $65

Top Requirements:

  • 5 years of Business Analyst experience with strong regulatory/compliance background
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis within banking or financial services
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to independently drive requirements and analysis

Plusses:

  • Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or frontline banking teams
  • Knowledge of US/global financial regulatory frameworks
  • Experience supporting enterprise regulatory or large-scale compliance programs
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to perform deep-dive (“peel the onion”) analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams
  • Gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements
  • Translate complex regulatory changes into actionable business and technical requirements
  • Support regulatory-driven initiatives to ensure alignment with compliance expectations and deadlines
  • Perform data analysis and support regulatory reporting processes
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across CIB and frontline business units
  • Drive deep-dive analysis to uncover root causes and meaningful insights
  • Work independently to manage deliverables and timelines under defined SLAs
  • Communicate findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliant and scalable solutions
  • Support documentation and reporting needs for regulatory programs
