Location: 3 days/week on-site Charlotte, NC - required
Duration: 12-18 month contract
Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate Range: W2 $50-53/hr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to analyze, design, develop, enhance, and support applications that integrate with existing business components. This role involves working within established processes, frameworks, and technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and supporting both existing and new project requirements, coordinating with business stakeholders to understand needs, and assessing the impact of change requests. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving application and process issues, collaborating with customer-facing support teams, and maintaining clear communication with management to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.

Requirements:
- Strong ability to learn and understand business processes and apply that knowledge effectively.
- Proficient in software development using SAS, Teradata, and Unix scripting.
- Solid understanding of banking products, operational processes, and end-to-end transaction flows.
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting data requirements, conducting research and analysis, business design, data mapping, and developing data sourcing and transaction monitoring solutions.
- Excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communicator across technical, business, and leadership teams.
- Experience with Python, Spark, and Hadoop is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain is an advantage.
