Accounts Payable Analyst
About The Role
We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support invoice processing, financial analysis, and system operations. This role plays a key part in resolving payment issues, improving processes, and ensuring accurate AP reporting.

Accounts Payable Analyst
About The Role
We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support invoice processing, financial analysis, and system operations. This role plays a key part in resolving payment issues, improving processes, and ensuring accurate AP reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve vendor payment issues
- Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment investigations
- Monitor system interfaces (Lawson, RETEK, MMS, KYRIBA, EDI)
- Perform monthly AP close and analyze system reports
- Review and resolve interface errors and debit balances
- Partner with teams to identify root causes and process improvements
- Assist with reporting, KPIs, budgeting, and accruals
- Support system testing and user training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, queries, or reporting tools
- Experience reading EDI data preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Financial accounting experience
- CAPP certification
- Experience with audits or financial reporting tools
