We are seeking two experienced Business Project Managers to lead complex growth and tech-enabled projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing intricate projects, particularly within the life insurance or distribution sectors. Additionally, experience as a product owner is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage complex growth and tech-enabled projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience as a Business Project Manager.
Proven track record of managing complex growth and tech-enabled projects.
Experience in the life insurance or distribution industry.
Strong experience as a product owner.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
