Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Counter Sales role, located in Marietta, GA. The Counter Sales representative will engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, facilitating orders, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries. The role involves maintaining a knowledgeable understanding of the company's offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and occasionally providing product training or support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and build relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve goals and assist customers effectively in their purchasing process.
