CNC Programming & Drafting Specialist

We're looking for a CNC Programming & Drafting Specialist to join our team! This hands-on role bridges design, estimating, and fabrication-supporting custom architectural stonework from concept to installation. You'll create precise 2D/3D CAD drawings, perform takeoffs, model intricate features, and collaborate with the shop to ensure everything cuts clean and fits perfectly.

What You'll Do

• Draft shop drawings, cut sheets, layouts & install plans

• Model stone features in SketchUp, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks

• Perform material takeoffs & assist with estimating (PlanSwift, Google Sheets)

• Support CNC programming using CAM software (MasterCAM, EasyStone, etc.)

• Review architectural layouts & attend job walks/coordination meetings

• Maintain clean documentation and drawing standards

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years in CAD drafting or estimating (stone/construction preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)

• Strong understanding of architectural layouts and takeoffs

• Familiarity with 3D modeling & CAM tools

• Spreadsheet experience (Excel, Google Sheets)

• Detail-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn
