What are the responsibilities and job description for the File/Mail Clerk position at Apex Staffing, Inc.?
Fast-paced WLR law firm seeking a File/Mail Clerk. This is a permanent full-time position. Candidate needs to be detail oriented, dedicated, and able to work 8am -5pm M-F. Regular attendance is vital!
- Duties include processing both incoming and outgoing mail. This includes barcoding and scanning all incoming mail into our legal software system, and distribution to staff.
- Also includes the proper handling of all outgoing mail with proper postage in a timely manner. Serves as back up to reception and many other duties/special projects as assigned.
- Clerk will be responsible for the maintenance of our physical files and general oversight of all Mail/File Room activities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
