Role Description The Personal Trainer or Movement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Leander, TX. This role focuses on assessing clients’ movement patterns, designing individualized training and corrective exercise programs, and coaching clients through sessions that support rehabilitation, performance improvement, and injury prevention. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with chiropractic and massage therapy providers, tracking client progress, adjusting programs based on ongoing evaluations, and educating clients on proper technique, recovery strategies, and long-term movement health.
