Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using floor buffers and other cleaning equipment
- Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning tasks, ensuring proper storage and disposal in accordance with safety protocols
- Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain facilities by reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Use custodial experience to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all designated areas
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial services within commercial or industrial settings
- Skilled in chemical agent handling with knowledge of safety procedures
- Familiarity with custodial tasks such as trash disposal, surface disinfecting, and restroom sanitation
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and basic repair skills
- Strong manual handling abilities combined with attention to detail and safety awareness
