  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to support customer needs and improve service processes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services and products based on customer needs.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications.
    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
