Restaurant General Manager

Apex Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated, results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurant locations. The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including team development, guest experience, sales, profitability, operational execution, and maintaining company standards.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply manage a shift. We want a leader who develops people, takes ownership of results, and builds a restaurant that consistently performs at a high level.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and future General Managers.
• Build a positive culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and results.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and quickly resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance.
• Manage labor costs through effective scheduling, productivity, and staffing.
• Control food costs, inventory, waste, and other operating expenses.
• Review restaurant financial performance and take action to improve profitability.
• Drive sales growth through strong operations, guest retention, and local restaurant marketing.
• Ensure proper cash handling and financial controls are followed.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and build a strong leadership bench.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, company policies, and brand standards.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Consistently coach and develop employees through hands-on leadership.
• Take ownership of restaurant results and develop action plans when performance falls below expectations.

• Previous restaurant management experience; QSR experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a restaurant team.
• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
• Ability to recruit and retain quality employees.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to set expectations and consistently follow through.
• Desire to continue developing professionally and advance within a growing organization.
